Alka Diamond Industries: Appointment of Chairman and Managing Director

Alka Diamond Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has re-appointed Shri Gopal M. Verma as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Company, with effect from February 1, 2018 for a period of 5 years. The re-appointment of Shri Gopal M. Verma will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
