Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India): Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for the dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Wednesday April 01 2026 till 48 Hours (Forty Eight) after announcement/declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year Ended March 31 2026.
