Mr. Hiteshkumar Gaurishankar Patel is re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee for a period of five years commencing from 24th September 2025 to 23rd September 2030 subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
