With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Ms. Pratima Sharma (ACS: A69015) has tendered her resignation vide her resignation letter dated 09.04.2026 from the post of company secretary and compliance officer of the company reasons specified in her resignation letter. The management has accepted her resignation relieved her from his duties and responsibilites w.e.f 09.04.2026.Further Mr. Rajesh Gupta Managing Director & CFO shall act as Compliance Officer for all listing regulations compliance until appointment of new company secretary cum compliance officer.
