Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that in terms of Companys code of conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders Designated person and their immediate relatives from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended September 30 2025.
