Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that Mr. Nripendra Nath Bhattacharyya (DIN: 00014250) has resigned from the position of the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01st March 2021 vide his letter dated 26th February 2021 received by the Company on 01st March 2021 on account of advanced age indifferent health and personal reason. His resignation letter Is attached herewith.
Further in the said Resignation letter Mr. Nripendra Nath Bhattacharyya has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
