In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI(LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a MoU with Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited on 05 March 2026. This MoU was signed to jointly develop and promote indigenous solutions for advanced naval systems unmanned platforms and other strategic maritime capabilities for domestic and global markets.
