We wish to inform you about the proceedings of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on Monday the 06th February 2023 in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements).The following agenda as set out in the notice dated 13th January 2023 convening the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was transacted and the special resolution for INCREASE OF AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL AND ALTERATION OF MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION was passed with more than three-fourths majority.
