Covidh Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia :
1. Consider, approve and take on records the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
2. To take note of Limited Review Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in pursuance of the SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Accordingly all insiders (including Directors and Designated Employees) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
