Wheels India: Board declares Interim Dividend

Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 29 2026 inter-alia have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5.30/- (53%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ending March 31 2026. The said dividend will be paid on or before February 27 2026.
