Cipla: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

In compliance with the provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the Operation and Administrative Committee of the Company on 18th March 2026 has allotted 1 954 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/ stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and the Cipla Employee Stock appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company
