GFL: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 the Board has considered and approved Change in Designation of Mr. Pavan Kumar Jain from Non-Executive Director to Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from 12th February 2026 to 11th February 2031.
