Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has considered and adopted the following codes under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:

1. Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price sensitive Information under Regulation 8,

2. Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons under Regulation 9.
