Rights issue opened on March 20 2026 and closed on March 27 2026 and pursuant to the finalisation of the basis of allotment of the Issue in consultation with RTA and as approved by BSE the Board meeting held today approved the allotment of 1 58 52 525 Equity shares of Rs. 10 on Rights Basis to eligible shareholders.
