Tricom India: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.

Further For the said purpose as per the Companys internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Companys Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from May 28, 2016 till June 01, 2016.
