We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held of 15th April 2026 has considered and recommended to the members re-appointment of Mr. Jaswinder Singh Ahluwalia (DIN: 03311764) as an Independent Director (in the category of Non- Executive Director) of the Company for the Second Term for 5 consecutive years.In accordance with Section-149 (10) of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation-25 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the said re-appointment is subject to approval of the members by way of special Resolution through Postal Ballot and E-Voting.The Board has approved the Postal Ballot Notice with Explanatory Statement and Advertisement need to be published for Postal Ballot.
