This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of SpiceJet Limited at its meeting held on June 30 2021 from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. has inter-alia authorised to seek enabling approval of shareholders of the Company (which will be valid for 365 days) for raising fresh capital of upto Rs.25 00 00 00 000 (Rupees Twenty Five Hundred Crore only) through issue of eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals as may be required.
