Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) and other applicable provisions we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of Panorama Studios International Limited (Company) at its meeting held on Saturday 21st March 2026 has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) subject to receipt of necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
