VTM: Board Meeting Outcome for Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer Of The Company

With reference to the above we inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15th December 2025 has approved the appointment of Mr. P. Senthil Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 15th December 2025.
