Saurashtra Cement: Board Meeting Outcome for Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Saurashtra Cement Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 26th September 2025 on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the change in designation of Mr. Jay Mahendra Mehta (DIN: 00152072) from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman effective 26th September 2025.
