Dabur India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

The Company is in receipt of Order dated March 12 2026 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench ("NCLT") for inter alia convening meeting of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Dabur India Limited in connection with the scheme of Amalgamation between Dabur India Limited and Sesa Care Private Limited.
