Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 11, 2018 to July 20, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 85th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 20, 2018.
Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared, at the 85th AGM of the Company will be paid from August 02, 2018 onwards to those Members who are entitled thereto.
