Camson Bio Technologies: Intimation For Convening 25Th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Of The Company And Book Closure Dates

Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you the following:

(i) The 25th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday 24th September 2019 at 12:30 P.M. at Sy. No. 75 & 129 Madagondanahalli Village Madhure Hobli Doddaballapur Bangalore - 561203.

(ii). Register of Members and Shares Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday 17th September 2019 to Tuesday 24th September 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.

(iii). The cut-off dates for reckoning the voting rights of the members for remote e- voting and voting at the AGM is Monday 16th September 2019.
