HITTCO TOOLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the next meeting of Board of Director of the company will be held on Tuesday, 14th August 2018 at the registered office at HTC Aspire, 19 Ali Asker Road, Bangalore-560052 for consideration, Approval and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 and other business item in agenda.
Further informed that pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in term of Hittco Tools Limited- Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window Will be closed from August 8, 2018 till close of business hours on August 16, 2018, (Both Days Inclusive) for Directors, Designated Employees and their Immediate relatives i.e. they cannot deal (either purchase or sales) in securities of the company when the trading window is closed.
