Hinduja Foundries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 20, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from January 13, 2017 to January 22, 2017 (both days inclusive).
