1. Approval of Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.
2. Approval of Directors Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.
3. Deciding the day, date, place and time of holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for adoption of Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 and other businesses and approval of notice convening and holding the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
4. To consider appointment of internal auditor of the Company.
