Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we herewith enclose notice issued for the attention of equity shareholders of the Company on 14.06.2019 which was published on 17.06.2019 intimating that the equity shares in respect of which dividend remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years would be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) in the following newspapers.
