45th Annual General Meeting of the company stand adjourned to next week on same day i.e. Saturday 4th October 2025 at 11.30 for want of quorum as per section 103 of the Companies Act 2013 through VC/OVAM.No business other than those mentioned in the 45th AGM Notice shall be transacted at the adjourned AGM.
