We write to inform you that Pursuant to various regulatory provisions and circulars being announced and irregular operation of companies office due to pandemic effect it was decided that the AGM date of the company scheduled on 30/09/2020 is to be differed and a new date will be announced by the Board afterwards.
Kindly note that the book closure for the purpose of AGM remains same i.e. from 25th September to 30th September 2020.
