Tashi India: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015 this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f April 01 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company fot the quarter and Year ended March 31 2026. The window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid results to stock exchange.
