Please note that pursuant to PIT regulations and Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the "Trading Window" for trading in securities of the company will be closed from April 01 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2026 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company.
