Mount Everest Mineral Water: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2015, has appointed Ms. Deepika Srivastava, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. January 23, 2015.

Also she would be the Compliance Officer in terms of the provisions of Clause 47 A of the Listing Agreement.
