Press Release - FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited ("FIT 3PL") a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited approved the execution of definitive agreements for the proposed acquisition of 100% of the paid -up share capital of Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited ("Target Entity") by way of a combination of primary and secondary acquisition of shares ("Proposed Transaction") on 28th January 2026.
