We wish to inform you that one of the designated person of our Company has traded in the equity shares of the Company in the month of December 2025 and also has executed a contra-trade within the period of 6 months from the date of initial trade thereby violating the code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ("Code") as adopted pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015.
