Halder Venture: Disclosure Under Regulation 30- Rejection Of Waiver Application

BSE vide mail dated 18.03.2026 rejected the waiver application and directed to pay the SOP fine of Rs. 542800 including GST with regard to non compliance of Regulation 17(1) for the quarter ended September 2025.
