Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Innova Captab Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Friday 23rd January 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the following:1. The Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.2. The proposal relating to the declaration of the interim dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.
