Varun Mercantile: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2 2019 the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31 2026.
