Siddharth Mishra (DIN 08367035) retired as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on 31 March 2023 on attaining superannuation.ii) Based on Ministry of Defence Government of India Letter No.M0001(24)/1/2022-D(BDL) dated 31 March 2023 Shri P Radhakrishna Director (Production) (DIN 08437975) has assumed the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 3 months or till the appointment of the regular incumbent whichever is earlier.
