Pursuant regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of SEBI ( LODR) we here by inform that Mrs. Preeti Sandeep Byse the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company has tendered her resignation on 29th October 2025 and her service as a CFO and KMP of the company is ceased from the closing business hours of the company i.e. on 29th October 2025.
