This is to bring to your kind notice that we are unable to file our fourth quarter and yearly results ended March 31 2020 by the due date July 31 2020.
This delay is due to non-consolidation of accounts of one of our subsidiary MT Educare Limited in which Zee Learn Limited holds 59.12% stake. MT Educare has not been able to submit its audited results to us because of unavoidable situation arising due to COVID-19 and the same has been duly notified by them to the Stock Exchanges. We enclose herewith the said letter submitted by them where they have expressed their inability to adhere to the timelines and the reasons thereof.
Hence due to the above we have not been able to consolidate our audited financial results which is mandated as per the applicable regulations for submission to Stock Exchanges.
We endeavor to take the necessary steps in order to submit our audited financial results at an earliest as we receive the MT Educare Limited audited results.
