Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the 'Person Acting in Concert' /'PAC' /'CEHPL') has informed BSE regarding Detailed Public Statement ('DPS') in compliance with regulation 13(2)(b), 13(2)(f), 13(4) and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto (?SEBI (SAST) Regulations?) pursuant to the Public Announcement (?PA?) filed on 15.04.2014.
Offer Details:
The Acquirer alongwith PAC is making an Open Offer to acquire 50,53,181 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 25.08% of total equity and voting share capital of the Target Company, at a price of Rs. 15.50/- (Rupees Fifteen and Fifty Paisa Only) per equity share (the ?Offer Price?) payable in cash (the ?Offer? or ?Open Offer?), subject to the terms and
conditions set out in the PA.
