Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Board) this is to inform that M/s Jindal Poly Investment and Finance Company Limited(Company) at its meeting held today i.e. Friday 13th February 2026 has approved the following:a) As per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee the Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025.b) As per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee the Board of Directors has approved the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Suresh Kumar Mittal & Co. Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025.
