Ironwood Education: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 22 2026 has approved the allotment of 17 11 670 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at issue price of Rs. 45/- on preferential basis for cash consideration to persons other than promoters and promoters group.
