Praveg Communications (India): Announcement U/R 30 Of The SEBI LODR - Termination Of Inventory Arrangement With MHRIL For Praveg Beach Resort Lighthouse In Daman

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated December 20 2024 regarding the press release on entering into an inventory arrangement with Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) for certain properties of the Company we hereby inform that the Company has decided to terminate the agreement in respect of Praveg Beach Resort Lighthouse Daman with effect from June 7 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated therein.The inventory arrangement with MHRIL shall continue to remain in force for all other properties of the Company as previously disclosed.The exit from the inventory arrangement for the aforementioned property has been effected mutually in the ordinary course of business. The Company will continue to operate and manage the said property independently and such termination does not have any material adverse impact on the operations financial position or business prospects of the Company.
