In pursuance of the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company is organizing a Press Conference on Wednesday 25th May 2022 at Bengaluru wherein the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company will be briefing the media about the performance of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. Any presentation/press release with respect to the same will be posted on the website of the Company after the press conference and will also be sent to the stock exchanges for information of the investors.
