Nexxoft Infotel: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, inter alia, has considered the following:

1. The Registered Office of the Company is hereby changed from Flat No.301, 3rd Floor, Sahithi Arcade, Behind Police Station, S R Nagar, Hyderabad 500038 to Plot No. 29, Sri Srinivasa Puram Colony, Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad - 500070.

2. Reviewed the Operations of its 100% subsidiary company, considering the current company?s financial position and market conditions, the Board has decided to liquidate the investment in subsidiary to meet part of its obligations.
