Further to our letter dated August 03, 2018, we would like to clarify that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 18, 2018 to Monday, September 24, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting fixed on Monday, September 24, 2018 and payment of Dividend of Rs. 17.50/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, if approved by the members at the ensuing annual general meeting.
