Tanwani one of the Promoters of the Company by way of Gift.(b) in Form C from Rahul G. Tanwani in respect of change in his shareholding pusuant to Inter se transfer of 12600000 Equity Shares of our Company to his father Mr.Gordhan P. Tanwani by way of Gift on 06/02/2026.
