Schneider Electric President Systems: Outcome of Board Meeting

Schneider Electric President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following :

- Mr. Damodar Kalavala has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.

- Further the Board, subject to the approval of the Shareholders, has re-appointed Mr. Swaminathan Venkatraman as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of two years effective August 13, 2015.
