Hawkins Cookers: Appointment Of Secretarial Auditors Of The Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that as per the Scrutinizers Report dated August 7 2025 the shareholders have approved the appointment of M/s. Jayshree Dagli & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years i.e. from the financial year 2025-26 to the financial year 2029-30.
